Kids Karate

Designed specially for kids who will benefit from increased attention span, focus, and self-confidence. Learn self-defence, discipline and fitness. Become a CHAMPION or just have FUN and make FRIENDS.
Very beneficial for kids with focus difficulties.

Adult Martial Arts

Catering from adolescents to mature age. The mixed martial arts curriculum covers techniques and defences from kickboxing, Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Aikido, Tae Kwon Do, Boxing, Wrestling, weaponry and more. Learn at your own pace.

Self Defence

Maximise your potential. Learn defences from a huge array of possible attacks, from one attacker to multiple attackers and those with weapons. Fitness and strength are not essential. Knowledge, attitude and technique can keep you safe.

Private Lessons

Private lessons are available for both Kidz Karate students and adults. For those who lack self-confidence or do not like group environments, Private Lessons are perfect. Prior to Gradings and tournaments is always a popular time for Private Lessons and Small Group Lessons.

Tournament Training

Students are invited to compete in a number of tournaments each year.
The tournaments are entirely optional. The RMA Team has enjoyed much success in tournaments over the past 35+ years. Our competitors have won titles in divisions from Under Fives to adult, from local to state, national, and World Titles.

Weaponry

The RMA Team enjoy weaponry training. Senior instructors are masters in Nunchaku, Bo (Staff), Katana (Sword), Sai and Kama to name a few.

Find us in the heart of Gympie. 

Just turn off the Bruce Highway into the Red Rooster & Dominoes Pizza complex and you will be in our front carpark. 

There is a huge free car park for members at the rear of the building as well. Access is easy from Barter Street. Just turn opposite IGA car park, between GCG Elite and the mechanical workshop.
